Paul was simply amazing! I am always a little reserved when chosing a trader online, as you never know what you get, and especially spending so much money already, the last thing you want is a “cowboy”! Paul was polite, on-time, held great rapport, respected our property, cleaned up after himself and was reasonable with the pricing. Paul was very flexible with his working time and worked around us and gave us his honest opinion on what we should do, as we were not 100%. The great thing about Paul is the attention to detail on his work and treating it as if he was doing the work on his own house! Also, I would like to mention, I ordered the tiles online and upon receipt and inspecting the tiles, they were not to the standard we expected! Paul then kindly drove me to another store, 5 miles away in rush hour, to pick up another set of tiles! now if thats not going over an above, then what is! Paul, we would honestly like to thank you for all your hard work, and I will be more than happy to recommend you to all my friends and family!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his team at Tile with Style. From the very first interaction, Paul has been prompt, courteous, considerate and professional. He managed my expectations with regards to their availability (of course they are busy!) and gave me a detailed quote with recommendations for tiling choices suitable for my taste, space and budget. Even when I changed some of the brief (I needed to add underfloor heating) he was accommodating and adjusted the quote and schedule accordingly. Paul and his team helped me to clear the space and each day left my home as tidy and as clean as they were able to (in the circumstances!). I had daily updates to keep me informed and I was consulted if any changes to the agreed work needed to be made. The finished project (dining room & kitchen floor) is exceptional and I find myself admiring it daily. Paul and his team really do know tiles - they have a love of the material and a real pride in the finished product. My only learnings from the experience are to build in extra time for additional trades services (eg co-ordinating with the electrician for the ufh) and time for incidentals like planing doors, moving furniture & skirting boards etc. All in all, Paul and his team are an absolute joy and masters of their trade - I can't wait to get them back to do my entry hall. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants a quality tiling job.

I had some split face tiling done on a media wall by Paul. He responded to the advert promptly and came to give a quote within 48hours. In terms of the job itself, he completed it neatly and on time. I am happy with the quality of the work and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul on!
