I cannot fault the workmanship that Centreline Ceramics have done for me. Aaron, the installer did an excellent job, which has transformed my tired bathroom. I fully recommend them. Their professionalism and detail to work is second to none.

"High quality work, but unreliable" We had high expectations for Paul, having seen pics of his work, and waited a while before he could fit us in. His previous job overran by a week, which held us up and delayed our house move. Paul didn't arrive at our job any day before about 11am and again overran... Price was about 1.5x what was estimated, but not unreasonable. Tiling is of a high quality with porcelain tiles and mosaic. We are pleased with the room. However there was tile that was cut too short where the toilet fits, and as a result left a 'hole' above the toilet. Paul promised to come back on several occasions, but never turned up. I was also planning to pay him on the return visit to seal the bathroom corners with silicone. He also promised to come and quote our neighbours for a wet room floor but didn't turn up on three occasions. They work for themselves and had to make arrangements to be in. They have now found someone else. Paul was talking about opening a bar in Spain next year. I think perhaps his mind is on that rather than his current business.

Paul turned up quickly and on time after responding to post, he looked at the job and sent through an email quote later that evening with agreed price and date. He came on the day agreed and did an amazing job, very clean, tidy and methodical. Highly recommended.

Paul did exactly what we agreed, he squeezed his programme in order to do the job as per our plan. Very good in his job and the quality was great. Was hired to carry out our kitchen floor tiling and he suggested to us the best lay out to install the tiles. We are very satisfied with the result, very neat and tidy. Very flexible to do the bit of extra that we needed. I would definitely recommend him.

Happy with the work, it looks great. I appreciated the guidance on trims and finishes. They were great to fit me in quite quickly. Very friendly, happy team. Will call them again when I move onto the bathroom!
