We recently had our bathroom refurbished by A & D Property Refurbishments and couldn’t be happier with the result! Throughout the project, Alin was professional, reliable, and very helpful. Alin did a fantastic job on our ground floor extension in extremely trying circumstances - the build started just before lockdown! I valued his responsiveness to any questions or issues we had, he is also an excellent problem solver overcoming a couple of issues with the design with practical solutions. Alin and his team are hard working, reliable and finished the build and kitchen installation to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. We had a double storey 6m extension to a large 5 bed house that was only structurally complete before the builders left. We contacted Alin who completed the plumbing/carpentry/tiling/flooring and electrics to an exact and excellent standard. He worked meticulously and his charge rates were fixed & reasonable with a few small extra bits thrown in for free. He is very genuine and multi talented with an eye for detail which is rare in this field and his calculations are millimetre perfect. Add to that the fact that he never says no and cleans up after himself. Get a quote from him BEFORE hiring as he certainly saved us from ruin. Now we have well known trade firms queuing up to take photos! Amazing chap.

Alin undertook the renovation of our kitchen including knocking through a wall, blocking up the old back door, installation of a new window including brickwork and full installation of a new kitchen. Alin got back to us quickly with a quote and was able to start the work when promised. He was quick to respond to any queries and easy to keep in touch with through the project. We are very pleased with the end result which has been completed to a good standard.

This is the 1st time I have used 'My Builder' and we were glad that we did. We hired Alin to do our part garage conversion (cloakroom and utility room) and we were very impressed with his workmen and his attitude to all our needs. The finished product is fantastic and we are more than happy with the way it all transpired during his time with us. Would we hire him again - of course we would.

Alin has organised everything for us including skip, so everything was hassle free. He had the keys to our house so that he could work while we was at work and every day we could see siginifant progress of work.

Alin is a real find and we're very confident in recommending his work. We hired him to knock through our kitchen and dining room, create an opening for bifold doors, refit the kitchen and utility room, fit a pocket door and lay laminate flooring throughout most of the ground floor of our house. His quote was comprehensive, thorough and competitive. He provided us with a contract and began the job when he said he would. He worked very hard each day through a very hot August and was always pleasant and polite - a pleasure to have around. He was patient and adaptable when we wanted to modify things and managed to fit in a few extra jobs that cropped up unexpectedly. He finished the job on time and within budget.
