We will definitely be using Clem, The Plaster Guy again.
Clem turned up when he said he would for both quoting and completing the work.
His quote arrived to us in writing on the evening he had been round to look at the job. Some other plasterers verbally gave their price but I didn’t feel comfortable with this, as some workers start a job and change their minds after they’ve begun the work. Clem’s transparency was refreshing. He also offered us a date in his diary so should we choose to go ahead with him, then we had a date in the diary that could fit with our schedule.
He worked hard and there is now a great finish in the room we wanted plastered. He began early on the day and turned up on time.
There was even a misunderstanding on a small element of the job which was more my responsibility than his. Clem graciously stayed late to get the job done, even though I was at fault.
He is an honest and hardworking. And I will be recommending him to my friends and family.
