The job was done to an ok standard and Tadas was able to communicate well with us sometimes. The reason I say ok is that there were certain elements that we would have liked to be consulted about such as the layout of the tiles which we wanted to be offset but he went ahead and put them in not offset and by that time it was too late. Also sometimes he wouldn’t confirm which days he would be at the house and we were in every day and we had to chase him for that info. Also Tadas was very clear that he went by his reputation and said the work was guaranteed. However, when I contacted him soon after the work was completed about the new high quality German shower he installed leaking for him to come and look at he did not and has not responded (I gave a week) or come back to look at it or sort it which I think is not a good sign as he installed it from scratch and it shouldn’t be leaking straight away as a new shower. This is a sign of faulty installation as it means the faucet is not in properly which should have been done correctly the first time. Disappointed as this will mean we lose money on water and is not safe to have a leaking shower. It is a shame as the rest of the bathroom is to a good standard but the shower being faulty and the gap in communication lets the review down and I need to be honest.

Tadas did a fantastic job removing an old shower room and replacing with new, highly recommended, planning to get him back next year for the next bathroom! The space was tight and the tiling complex, alongside changing a shower tray to a flat-tiled wet room, and the end result is perfect. We had selected a mix of expensive and cheap materials including delicate encaustic cement tiles for the walls, but Tadas was more than capable. From the initial design/quote meeting through to the final handover, communication was great - both with Tadas and his office admin which really made everything easy. Tadas is full of great design ideas that he's keen to share, but always listened to what we wanted and delivered on what we decided - 100% focussed on making clients happy. He's a genuine perfectionist (he removed and refitted a section of tiles so that he could get a better symetrical result that i hadn't even noticed) and spent a lot of time planning out tiling patterns and aligning all of the fittings - really makes a difference to the end result. Tadas responded promptly to my request for a quote. He arrived on time on the date arranged and was very polite and courteous . He supplied a detailed quote and once agreed his office staff gave useful guidance as to how to source the bathroom furniture myself on Amazon uk. I also benefitted from the company trade discount. The project was completed to a high standard and out of the three quotes I obtained was the least expensive, and half the cost of Bathstore. Another plus is that apart from a small deposit , no payments are asked for unless the project stages have been completed and agreed. My house was left clean and tidy and all the old waste removed ( included in price) and the regulation electrical safety certificate supplied on completion . Apart from when Tadas brought in electricians and plasterers, Tadas did all the work by himself and is totally trustworthy to be left to work alone . I am very pleased with my new bathroom . Karen

From start to finish TG was very professional, the work he completed in my bathroom was amazing and very reasonable. He worked very hard and left it immaculate. I was delighted with the job and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

We were very impressed with the service and work which Tadas completed for us. When he turned up to look at the job to quote he was very knowledgeable and provided good advise to us. He asked all the right questions, to ensure that the finished job would be right. The quote we received was competitive and we knew straight away that we would go ahead with Tadas, as I was confident he would do a good job for us (which was our main priority in this case). Tadas turned up to start the job on the day we agreed, and stayed consistently until the job was complete (a week and half later). This meant we were able to get our kitchen finished before Christmas, which was great. Throughout the job the communication was good, and Tadas took the time to discus the layout options with us in depth. Tadas has a very good eye for detail, and as a result his workmanship is of a very high standard. Overall we were very impressed with the service and standard of work. We have discussed Tadas returning in a few months to do some other work in our house, when it’s ready. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tadas/Sutton Mosaic Construction to friends and family.

As soon as Tadas turned up for the estimate meeting I knew I would hire him. He's a friendly and helpful professional. As well as doing the work for a reasonable price he did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone.
