Tectro Electrical Ltd carried out an electrical inspection of my flat and issued an EICR certificate. Their service was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Currently having to source remedy work quotes. Used post fix it cement indoors, expanding foam in the ceiling (now cracked) and left behind an empty bag of clear, white illegal substance residue in on my living room floor - They should not be re-wiring peoples homes. Tectro have deducted the price from £1300- £760. Have yet to settle & still in a dispute as I'm really not happy and damages / remedy will cost me far more. Shocked at the results and experience considering the otherwise positive feedback. This is my first home and I will never be using My Builder again. Also tried to charge me for mains gas & water bond that already was in place. Great work and very happy with the complete rewiring of my flat. It wasn’t easy to move around the flat due to two large items of furniture left by the outgoing tenant. Fully recommend Tectro Electrical to any householder and fully backed by certificate from NICEIC. This means I didn’t need to contact Building Control. 👍👍👍

I only review when I get an exceptional service. Kris was punctual for our preliminary meeting which is always a good sign and showed his professionalism. He was then quick to answer any emails/messages and put in a very competitive quotation. He was happy to discuss a number of options to minimize the prominence of the trunking required before agreeing the final work. All work was completed on time and to quotation. He was cheerful and pleasant from the start to finish. An excellent job from quote to completion.

Kris was fantastic, came on time as agreed and completed the job as expected. Kris disconnected and removed the old electric cooker and fitted the new one. The attitude, punctuality and most important the knowledge of the job is what I found in Kris. Will recommend anytime.
