I received a first class service from Shipon of T&A, availability and communication was excellent throughout. I had hired him to carry out a simple cooker hood replacement which ended up being not so simple! He still completed the job and stuck to the agreed pricing as quoted. Unfortunately I had previously hired an alternative company for a EICR, after which they had quoted me £500+ worth of remedial works. I wanted a second opinion so asked T&A to have a look, it turned out it only needed a few quids worth of parts and a full explanation of what actually needed to be done, what a big difference. If you are looking for a mess free, hassle free and honest trader look no further, will definitely be recommending for future jobs.

EICR report Shipon was easy to reach and responsive and arranging the job with him was very easy and straight forward. We needed the job done on a Saturday and that was no problem and he also gave me the best quote. Whenever I spoke to him, he was kind, polite and professional. I was worried because my tenants are difficult and non co-operative but Shipon fully understood my position and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. I will use him again in the future and fully recommend him.
