Hussam was brilliant. Good communication over the phone about the problem shortly after i posted the job. He discussed the approach we would take to resolving the issue of a cold radiator, without having to replace the thermostat and drain down the heating system. Hussam turned up on time, wore a mask and took his shoes off. He was very professional. He was very efficient and quick to start and tried a few tricks to get the hot water flowing back into the radiator, which worked. He managed to fix the issue very quickly and explained how he fixed the problem. I would recommend Hussam to my friends and family and would use him again.

Very good experience with Hussam- fast and efficient. Did a radiator replacement job on time and budget and even put a bit of an extra effort to fit a radiator that was slightly bigger than the original one. Highly recommended!
