I contacted Stephen via this builder app and he replied within minutes. We had an initial call and he arrived 15 minutes later. He accessed the job and explained everything that was wrong and how he was going to fit fix it and why. The Finish was superb and he cleaned up everything after and also corrected a couple of other issues for me when he was there to be helpful. His rate was by the hour which I much prefer to a day rate and his rate was very fair. I have already hired Stephen to Return in the coming days to do more work and he’s already been in contact - I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again! 5 stars !
