    Bedroom

    We have just had our bedroom fully plastered by Matt. We are so pleased with his workmanship. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to my family and friends. He is punctual and doesn't seem to stop, he's such a hard worker.

    Board out and plaster 2 ceilings in terraced house

    Excellent communication leading up to job and arrived punctually. Had all the materials necessary to complete the project. Very thorough and fast at boarding out and plastering. Work was completed to high standard and site was left clean and tidy. Will definitely use Matthew again on my projects.

    Plaster kitchen / lounge ceilings & walls

    We will gladly recommend to friends and family, and will be using in the future for more plastering work! Polite, friendly and very professional. Arrived on time, neat & tidy. Competitively priced. Very happy with everything, so thank you!

    skim coat bedroom

    Matthew is polite & professional in his work. Arrived on time, provided dust sheets for all working / walk areas. Skim coat is perfect and really pleased with the finished result.

    Artex plastering

    Matt has been brill; really flexible, knowledgable and just all round helpful. Done quite a few extra jobs for us and nothing has been too much of a problem for him. Plastering looks fab and with Matt's advice we've been able to save almost a grand by avoiding unnecessary work. Will definitely hire Matt again when I do the upstairs!

    Plastering

    Matt fitted us in at short notice and was extremely flexible with time and dates. Excellent communication from start to finish and would recommend his work.

    Small bedroom needing to be skimmed

    Very professional, clean and polite. Even hoovered after himself. Will deffinately be booking him again

    Plaster bedroom walls and ceiling

    He seemed like a nice person.i gelt comfortable with him in the house.He has got the walls strait although i think attention to detail at the end should be worked on. Around the door frame is shocking.i am having to fill and sand the whole walls surrounding the door frames.which is why we chose to have them skimmed in the first place.when he was done i had a look ay the main walls and ceiling.i wish i had looked behind the door as i would have ask him to do it again,its that bad. I would have asked him to come back now but we have a feadline when the room needs to be finished by for quests. I understanf it must be tricky around foor frames and skirting but instead of the one day i would have frefered two and have it finished well. He also was messy.i know it is a messy job and we were expecting that but we now need the carpet cleaned too.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Since this feedback I have been in touch with customer and offered any assistance they required, the area in question was between the wall and architrave which was very narrow and difficult to get a good finish on. I have offered to go back and rectify and that is an open offer but the customer says it is sorted now. Plastering is a wet trade so these areas where you struggle to get tools in are always difficult. I admit 2 small splodges of plaster slipped down my sheet near the skirting line, I scrubbed them but customer said they had a carpet cleaner so was not a problem . I also have a cleaner and would have happily gone back and done this also. I take all the comments on board as i'm always trying to improve and appreciate Nikki discussing them with me.     Plaster hall

    Matt did a great job doing my hall calling him back in April next year to do my kitchen. Would recommend him to anyone. Great guy & great work well done. Very happy customer 👍🏻👍🏻
