OK, I can't say Joe changed my life, but he was definitely one of the heroes of the autumn, when, really, the first time I met him, he should have been shirty. He came to quote on the job, but the estate agent failed to let us in. He was happy and forgiving. Returned two days later, he gave such patient advice. He said things like: "I've thought a lot about your windows... I think you should go for the cheaper ones. Look at the street. The sash windows won't look quite right..." Then he gave the cheapest of my three quotes. Then he fitted the windows, which were indeed great. Nice job, nice guy, good price: what more could you ask for? Thanks Joe!

Joe is a rare breed! the complete ultimate professional from start to finish. From the very first meeting with Joe you can tell he knows his trade inside out, he spent a great deal of time going through all the work that was required and came up with some brilliant suggestions that hadn’t even entered my mind, he was happy to investigate things on the initial visit in order to be able to provide an accurate quote which I really appreciated. The quote arrived very promptly and I changed things a few times but each time Joe was happy to accommodate my requests and provide another quote for me. His quotes are easy to understand and make everything crystal clear on the work to be provided, his communication through calls, texts and e-mails is superb.
