Sunny and his team were very professional in removing the wall between my Kitchen and the Lounge. They turned up on time and were hard working for the three days they were there. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and knowledge of building laws, advising me on what I was required to do with the council and also liaising with the council on my behalf. There were some complications during the removal which Sunny provided the options to build a new pier to overcome the problem and to also remove a old gas pipe which was still active. The end result has been an amazing transormation to my property and I will be getting Sunny and his team back to finish the kitchen worktop area and other building work when required. Thanks Sunny!!

After looking for a realy good builder ,i found SUNNY,what a find is all i can say words fall me to descride how good Sunny is and even more how fantastic his work is.No matter what i wanted to ask him or want done nothing was to much for Sunny.From the start to finesh he had the keys the house and i never thought twice about how safe my house was. If your looking for "DIMOND" builder then Sunny is your man, we have told him that he doing the our hole house . for get 5 start Sunny is 10 star . PLS give him some time so that he can come back to our's to do a bit more work .

Sunny ripped out a previous hot water tank, changed gas pipes, replaced a boiler to a new combi system, tiled part of bathroom and installed a new mixer shower. All the work was done to a very high standard. Sunny and his team were always on time, polite, friendly and hard-working. He seemed particularly conscientious when it came to safety of the boiler install (including going above and beyond to install a long flue on a high floor, from out of a window, to remove any risk at all of carbon monoxide coming into the property). They also undertook a cpl of small jobs that came up while they were there that we asked for on spec, as part of the package, and dealt professionally with a water leak that occurred during the install. We are delighted with the job Sunny did, and would recommend him.

Sunny did a good job on removing the chimney breast, same cannot be said for the rest of the works he carried out. The rewiring was such a shoddy job .One of his workers carried out the work who we were unable to communicate with & when we pointed things out or asked questions, the reply was always "call Sunny", who was rarely available & not on site to see what was happening-we were constantly chasing him by phone. We found out that the rewiring had been connected to a faulty board .When this was pointed out to Sunny, all he said was "you should have known it's a faulty box & you'll have to replace it". How were we supposed to have known - we're not electricians, thats why we hired him! A 2nd opinion showed that all the rewiring had been done wrong, sockets had been wired wrong, boiler wired into the lighting ring, wrong cables were used, none of the lighting was earthed & they happily put on aluminium fascias. Sunny was also supposed to fix a part of the roof that was leaking & after leaving a tarpaulin on roof for a couple of weeks, he came up with a pathetic excuse that we had to indemnify him incase he damaged next door's roof or he couldn’t do the job - again a letdown but probably blessing in disguise. The moral of this story is that sometimes you don't pay peanuts and still end up with monkeys. I could not recommend him as even the good work done on the chimney was outweighed by the other incompetent work which has cost thousands of pounds to rectify

Sunny did an excellent job for us, his 'can do' attitude is a refreshing change to most tradesmen I've worked with. We will definitely be using his skills again. Very happy. Thanks Sunny, Darren & Thais.

absoutley 1st class, job wel reccomended,very polite knows what hes doing very reasonable with hes quote, and no hidden extras, even took hes card and told friends about hes work thank you very much, job in question move a boiler out of the kitchen and into the new extension extra work i added was to install 2 radiators and a out side tap,all went as planned very very happy

I found Sunny helpful and the price quoted was reasonable. The work was completely on time and satisfactorily.
