we are very happy with Duncan's work. He did a great job of dealing with ugly trunking in a house we just purchased. He has managed to help us retain some spur sockets but completely hidden the wiring so it all looks very neat without carving up the wall. He was very careful and detailed whilst dealing with our electrical certificate as well as the remedial action required and was very fair with his rate. We highly recommend him.

Really thorough. He upgraded our system to cope with the extra power demands of our new oven and fixed the new towel rail. He was very efficient, gave us lots of good advice, turned up on time, got on with the job and charged a very reasonable price. 10/10

Absolute 100% confidence in Duncan and his company StrangLX. From initial consultation he checked the electrics for everything involved. Great communications too, when doing the work he was prompt, very knowledgeable and was able to talk about what he was doing like a human being rather than in terminology that the layman wouldn't understand. And a very nice chap to boot. All in all, couldn't recommend higher! Thank you!

Duncan completed an inspection on our house for the electrical system, following an invite through this website. I found him very knowledgeable and thorough in his work, particularly given that I asked so many questions! He is an extremely friendly guy and very open and straighforward about costs, etc. I would recommend Duncan without hesitation (and have done already) and I intend to have him back to make changes to our electrics in the New Year. Duncan did a great job installing my fireplace and doing some electrical work. Very reasonably priced ... gave me a quote during the evening, was here to do the work the very next morning. Clearly enjoys his job and shows professional pride. Highly recommended.

Duncan was very professional in his approach to fitting an extractor fan and new lighting to my bathroom. He ensured that they were both fitted to electrical safety regulations suited to the environment, and established a new earthing system accordingly. I would have no hesitation in contacting Duncan with regard to any future electrical installations or problems. Very satisfied overall!
