Absolutely superb service from start to finish. You can definitely tell that Steve and his team have many years experience. From the quote, design and fittings to the install, everything was spot on. We’re really chuffed how the bathroom turned out. Paul the fitter and another chap whose name I didn’t get was brilliant and they take a lot of pride in their work right down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend and thanks again.

Steve is a lovely bloke but I don’t feel we got the bathroom we wanted. We had to make a lot of compromises. He let me pick and order a suite that didn’t fit my bathroom, he didn’t validate anything we chose was suitable for the space we had. Because of this the job took almost a month to complete, I felt like we were a low priority for him. At one point he admitted he’d missed a delivery of the replacement suite and this added an additional week. Luckily for him, Scott the fitter is an accomplished tiler and the bathroom looks nice because of tile combination we purchased so I’m content rather than happy with the finish. I feel I would have had a better experience if I had measured up and sourced the materials myself. Looking for alternative company to complete the en-suite now.

We had our bathroom totally ripped out and replaced by Pro-fit around 6 weeks ago. The work they did was exceptional and the quote was competitive. I asked them to quote due to the reviews on this site and had no previous knowledge of them. Steve replied straight away and responded to all the questions we had very quickly. He understood exactly what we were asking for and designed the bathroom exactly as we asked, providing advice and knowledge. His team, Andy, Rob and John were friendly and worked extremely hard. They kept the area as clean as practical despite an immense amount of dust being produced by our old, crumbling walls which they repaired at very little extra cost. We are really pleased with the job they did and couldn't recommend them enough.

Steve came a couple of days after initial contact. Went through the whole process, picked what we want and price was very good. Scott the came and fitted the bathroom over the next week and a half and couldn’t complain about his tradesmanship. Very professional, cleaned up after himself every night. Very happy with work he done. Can’t thank Steve and Scott enough for their hard work. Have recommended them to the in-laws and friends who are considering having their bathrooms done.

The lads were hard working, very courteous and extremely conscious of attention to detail. They tidied up each day and made sure that they had dust sheets down before they started so as not to damage anywhere. Did an amazing job and would hire again!

This was a very positive experience from the start. Starting with the quote very comprehensive and easy to work out no hidden fees. The job itself was carried out timely and efficiently by the firm to a high standard. Lovely to see builders with passion and pride, their attention to detail is excellent. Very tidy and polite. I will definitely recommend these builders Steve and the lads done a great Job, with a special thanks to Rob.
