One of the finest tradesmen I have come across. Good communication throughout. Job swiftly started and completed. Was slightly nervous because it was fairly urgent but steve managed to fit me in so quickly I was astonished. Even actioned small but necessary amendments to the order without fuss and without being prompted. Job itself was near and tidy with no mess. Couldn't recommend him again more highly. Outstanding!!

We chose Steve not only because of his very competitive quote, but also for his down to earth working style. He was very patient and prompt to answer all our queries. He just gave us a straightforward quote without any hard sell. He then turned up exactly as his said to installed the window. He and his assistant kept the disturbance to the minimum, they cleaned the house every day after work. We are very happy with the new windows and french door. We would recommend Steve to anyone.

Am delighted with the work Steve done for me, not only did he give me a reasonable quote which was less then half of what other companies were quoting me, he stuck with his word, got the glass within 2days (other companies were saying 5-7days) and the job was completed efficiently and professionally, no mess was left, he is friendly and honest, I would use Steve again and recommend him to anyone. I have been very disappointed by my experience in having Steve Green build my conservatory. I would point out that the finished product is fine but the process has been anything but and I would certainly not recommend him to anyone. A job I was quoted as 4 weeks including order and delivery time took over 9 weeks. Communication was very hit and miss as was his attendance. He chose to change the opaque glass I had requested to clear glass without consulting me - he did replace this but this lead to a further delay. More worrying he handed my house key to a total stranger without asking me - I still don't know who he was. Five weeks after the job was completed I still do not have my Fensa certificate and he has ignored my message in relation to this. Finally I still have his rubbish outside my house - items he agreed to collect 5 weeks ago but has made no effort to do so. I have deliberately delayed completing this feedback to give Steve Green time to address these issues but 5 weeks is enough.
