He also installed new floorboards upstairs and did a really good job of it. I had a difficult situation with a tenant, and he showed nothing but patience and professionalism. He went above and beyond by offering me a very generous rate, which he didn’t have to do, and I truly appreciate his kindness. His work was brilliant, solving the issue within seconds with expert precision. He also left everything spotless, which speaks volumes about his professionalism. This was one of the best services I have ever received, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you need someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely kind, Stephen is the one to call!
