I think Stephen did quite a good job. How good remains to be seen, and it may be that he could have taken out more of the old grout before doing the regrouting. Another couple of months should be enough to ascertain this. However, there is no doubt that at present it looks so much better than before.

Stephen did a great job and is very communicative and approachable. From calling to inform about a delay to his arrival to needing to pop out to get necessary parts to complete the job I always knew what was happening. He has a warm, pleasant personality - a welcome feature when having a new tradesman at home. I'll definitely use him again.

Nice man, but could not fix the problem.

Stephen was on site in under an hour of agreeing to hire him, starting a job which was a big improvement on some of the so-called bigger companies looking for ten days just to give an estimate. I was on a short term deadline which I didn't ask him to meet, but he did it anyway, so well done there. Also gave a competitive quote compared to others who looked at the job, fair price, fast and tidy work with no mess, can-do attitude, would recommend and would hire again if the need arises.
