After a misunderstanding where Stephen had sent me a message i never got an alert for. we did the the small job ourselves. Stephen did offer to come and have a look after we spoke, and explained we had already done the work, and was polite. Our view of Stephen was he seemed a respectable plumber.

We hired Stephen to quote on and carry out a long-standing issue with our waste pipe that had caused us a lot of pain over the past 4 years, and had been unresolved by various different tradesmen. His inquisitiveness led him to find the cause of the issue within 10 mins - saving us a whole lot of work and money, compared to the complex solution we originally had in mind. He was efficient and considerate - excellent communication. And his polite persistence enabled him to swiftly solve our problem where others had failed to look. On top of that, the work has proved very effective. If only we had his number 4 years ago! Highly recommended.
