I can't fault Stephen's workmanship and his price for the job seemed fair. His communication while on site in our home was also good. Stephen is pleasant and amiable and diagnosed the fault with our toilet quickly. However knowing when Stephen would arrive was another matter. His communication around timings were very poor. I can only imagine he is a very busy man. We were left guessing when Stephen would appear, but he was apologetic.

Stephen did a great job. He fixed the leak in the toilet. He came and did the work on a bank holiday. He cleaned up after completing the job. He explained the issue and provided useful advice. I would recommend him.
