Radiator not heating up
Stephen fixed my radiator and also a leak from the boiler which several other plumbers have tried and failed to fix. Happy to recommend.

Felt more like a DIY bodge job than a professional one. Although he brought the materials to fit the waste, he didn't bring any cleaning materials of his own to finish things up properly. He landed up using copious amounts of my toilet roll in an attempt to wipe up silicone which obviously didn't work. I spent hours going over bathroom floors, stairway banisters, the sink and the bath with white spirits afterward to clear up random bits of dried silicone. Luckily managed to get the few bits out the carpet though before that set. I was upset but thought that at least he had fitted the stuff properly but after 24hrs of not using it, the bath leaked after its first use and water was dripping out of the kitchen ceiling! He offered to come back and repair but I didn't want any more DIY bodging and fixed it myself. The job took longer than Stephen anticipated as the trap that he had originally bought did not fit and he had to go back to Screwfix for a different one.
