    Replace cistern flushing mechanism
    Very helpful. Steve arrived on time, assessed the problem and found we had the wrong part. He came back on an agreed date and time, fixed the cistern and only asked for payment for one visit. His charge was reasonable. I would recommend him.

    Electrician required for fixture fitting
    Amazing service! Very quick and efficient quote provided with a very reasonable price for a full days work, could not be happier with the work that has been carried out. I have already recommended Steven to my family.

    Multiple electrical work in new kitchen installation
    Stephen made an excuse of family problem on agreed start, which affected the new kitchen been fitted. Understandably, this things happen. Tried re-arranging other workmen's schedule to accomodate him, but he stopped picking calls or answering text messages, which is very unproffesional. Such a shame and very strange as he made quite a good impression on my husband and I.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    The family problem referred to was my mother having a stroke ,which resulted me stopping trading for about 6 months. The customers were informed at every turn ,this was 2 weeks before the kitchen was due to be installed giving time to re arrange another tradesman. They wanted me to do it though I told them I couldn't I was receiving call to the hospital etc. this feedback was left over a year after the job??? Steve

    Replace kitchen tap and reseal area around bath tub

    Work was never completed and I never heard from Stephen again. Which is a shame as the reviews on his work had been really good.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    this work was on behalf of the land lord who was a lovely person to speak to. Unfortunately her tenant wasn't .Arranged four times to gain access but every time I went she suddenly had to go out.The job became unviable to do and the landlord was informed. This feedback appeared over a year after the job???? Steve

    plumbing and electrics put into garage

    Steve did an amazing job! We have recently moved in and so kept finding lots of other little jobs to add to his list. Steve was happy to tackle almost anything and we were delighted with the results. Very reasonable price too. We'll be asking him back soon!
