    Replace bath with shower unit with some tiling
    The service was great from the start, with nothing being too much trouble. All work was completed on time and to a high standard, we’re very happy with our new bathroom. Thanks Loz and Perry, would definitely recommend.

    Vacant 2 bed flat needs redecorating
    Starry Dreams run by Loz are a multifaceted company who were able to completely redcorate the property with additional building works including carpentry and plastering. They also organised the purchase and fitting of new underlay and carpets throughout. Finally a comprehensive builders clean to finish the job. They were efficient and good communicators. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.

    Split to shower tray and possible retailing to shower and floor
    After waiting week for tradeperson to remove waste and many texts he did it. An extra toilet was also left in my garden and a car battery. Eventually the waste was collected. Suggest do not pay the outstanding amount until waste is collected. Some days they turned up to work other days only 1/2 day. I would not recommend this company.

    We’re pleased you were happy with your new bathroom, as confirmed during and after completion, and as shown in your emails, which we have attached. Regarding waste removal, we explained our usual carrier had their van off the road, causing an unexpected delay. Once resolved, all waste was removed. The toilet and car battery mentioned were not related to our works, however we still arranged for their removal on your behalf. The only shortened working day was due to waiting for bathroom panels, which was outside our control. The project was otherwise completed within 8 working days. This review focuses solely on the waste delay and not the quality of work. We have over 30 five-star reviews reflecting our workmanship and service, which we believe gives a fairer overall picture.

    Replace shower basin and shower boards

    General refurbishment jobs
    Lawrence and his team helped fix our bathroom. We needed to get it sorted in time which they delivered and in great quality. Would highly recommend them!
