Hi rob im saddened to read this comment and you never told me you were unhappy unfortunately there’s nothing I could do or of done to make you happy, I’ll explain, the job was to put two cowlings on which required scaffolding once work started and we were up there the chimney on inspection which could only be inspected with scaffolding needed rebuilding I give you a qoute for that to be done if you wanted it and you told me too do it which required further scaffolding so the price did not change for the cowlings like your insinuating I don’t recall hours or times as I don’t keep check so may well of taken 4 hours to rebuild the chimney, as my customers on here have said on a complete new roof for instance roger did it in one day! Astonishing for some to believe but as with your chimney 4 of us we’re at your property that day and did exactly what I quoted you for in righting and you paid exactly what was quoted for in righting which you had before any work was started I really do hope you and who ever reads this understands that if I qoute you for a job and am asked to do another I’ve not trebled or doubled costs it’s a separate job that could be far less the same or far more then what ever job I’m originally doing it’s a separate job that’s down to the customer if they want it done or not but on the positive pleased your happy with all the actual work regards, roger.
