    No power
    sorted out the issue quickly . understood the situation, pregnant tenant with small child on freezing Friday winters evening . no power or heating . would use again

    Fault with electricity in bathroom (shower & light)
    Jay turned up quickly, was really friendly and sorted the problem quickly for us. Would 100% use again for a bigger job than just fixing a problem! Cheers Jay. Much appreciated.

    Boiler controller and thermostat installation
    Jay was very quick to respond, so, because we had an emergency, I hired him without obtaining comparative quotes. He suffused confidence in sorting out a complex wireless controller problem which had bedevilled us for ages and was suddenly chronic. And sort it out he did - magnificently. He charged £70 for about 40 minutes work; I have no idea if that's par for the course or not. Highly professional - and nice man, too.
