I have no hesitation in recommending Neil. He turned up on time to view the job & gave a competitive quote. He started the job in difficult circumstances as the house was in chaos as my kitchen refurbishment overran. He moved boxes & furniture so he could crack on with the work. I really cannot praise Neil enough! He managed a big painting and decorating project for us (basically an entire 2 bedroom house) when we are overseas. Here's some of the highlights we found working with Neil: -Excellent communication. Even though we live in the US, with an 8 hr time difference, Neil made sure we were aware of everything via email, with updates and info when we needed it. -Really detailed quote, Neil's attention to detail in his proposed list of work made it super clear what was being done and when. -Affordable quality work, we paid Neil extra for his superb work and efforts. -Neil dealt well with really difficult old 70s textured wallpaper to remove -Quality job: really lovely feature wall, careful work. Quality paints and no hesitancy to use the colors we wanted- quality dulux paints -Updates and photos throughout the job, including loads of photos at the end! Made us very happy. -Going the extra mile: Even lovely details like putting on new door handles for us for no extra charge I would have no hesitancy to recommend Neil to anyone. Great - Neil and his helper turned up bang on time, got straight on with the work, were so courteous and helpful. They didn't mind that I wanted them to leave space in the insulation so swallows could nest. Good value for money and not an eyebrow raised at the fact that I wanted stables insulating. Finished easily within the time and great value for money
