Contacted Neil before lockdown started and he came out at a time that suited us. Very polite and listened to what we wanted while also giving advise. After lockdown was lifted, Neil contacted us to see if we where happy for him to start the work. The job was finished within a day and was finished to a high standard, no mess was left and everything was left how it was found. Great work, would definitely use again and recommend.

The leak on our flat dormer roof was in one exact place, around the base of a stench pipe which came through the roof. This leak originated some 14 months ago and had received a basic repair which lasted some 12 months. This time, a purpose built pipe surround of lead was welded onto a flat sheet of lead with a hole in, so the whole item fitted over the pipe and sat flat on the existing felt and secured to it. The flat lead sheet was then covered by new felt which in turn was then secured to the base roof felt by molten tar. Since completion, we have had many days of heavy rain with no hint of a recurring leak so a job well done. With the work involved including the made to order lead pipe cover welded to a flat lead sheet and a minimum of 2 hours to install, not including the 90 minute pre visit to assess the job and issue a quote, we felt the price charged was fair considering the work involved. We are well pleased and would recommend Neil Sherwood from South West Home Solutions for roofing repairs without hesitation. Mr & Mrs Tooke.

Fantastic job...originally quoted for refitting 2 tiles and replacing 1 but job ended up needing 9 new tiles fitted and I got invoiced for the same amount. That’s good service and that’s the kind of work which you appreciate! Thanks guys..really happy with that and will give them more work. First class company!

Neil of southwest home solutions and his workmate have done a wonderful job on painting the whole exterior of our house, we have had loads of complimentary comments from neighbours on how nice it looks we would recommend Neil as a painter on any exterior work. Many thanks Steve and Christine
