Was great, came and fixed the window no problems

After a thorough discussion I took the decision to replace all my windows vice fixing them and I'm very glad I engaged Solent Windows. From the start Stuart was very professional and explained all of my options clearly to allow me to make the best decision for my property. There have been a few tiny snags with the fit as you might expect and Stuart has been very proactive in fixing these; he also personally ensured the fit was up to standard in all respects. I don't think I could have had a more stress free experience with this sort of job. Thoroughly recommend Solent Windows and I would use them again without a second thought.

Nice company, good communication from Stuart and Nicky who were very helpful with queries I had. They are reasonably priced too. Stuart adjusted the doors and they now shut and lock as they should. I would use them again and recommend them.

Solent Windows did a fantastic job for us. Stuart worked around our schedule to visit us to provide us with a quote. We had a tight timescale as we needed a new kitchen door and window 'before' the kitchen fitter arrived and started fitting our new kitchen. Our job whilst it sounds straight forward, was not, as we had a big hole in the floor where the threshold needed to be. Stuart was not phased by the challenge and created us a design that would resolve our issue, with adequate reinforcement in the threshold. I asked Stuart about a lead time and from payment of our deposit to installation it was bang on schedule. The quote we received was in line with exception and there were no hidden charges, the price quoted was the price we paid. We have additional requirements for windows and some new bi fold doors, and we are very confident that choosing Solent Windows is the right choice for us.

The fact that the door needed replacing was no surprise but we were given a full explanation about why. The quotation was competitive. We were kept informed about our order. The job was carried out well and the site left clean and tidy. Mum is very pleased and the cat likes the new cat flap 😀. Would hire again if needed.

After a chat on the telephone Stuart was keen to visit and survey the task; to replace one window in the garage. A positive survey assuring me it would be a straight forward job with no problems. He sent a respectable quote and after saying yes to the job managed to find a a date that was right with me.....about 2 weeks from order. Arrived Saturday morning early and job done in about two and half hours. Apart from replenishing him with water and juice(happened to be the hottest day of the year)he worked solidly......hardly knew he was there! Stuart was smart, clean, tidy and prompt in all aspects of the job and I was completely satisfied with the whole episode including the price. I would contact Stuart if I needed similar work done in the future. Tony
