Jimmy has taken down the old broken chimney cowl and put the new one I have purchased. Jimmy is very friendly, efficient, easy to communicate and work with. I will recommend and use Jimmy again.

Jimmy was terrific. He came to see the job within 24 Hours. After I had accepted his very reasonable quote he was back within a couple of days to carry out the work. While stripping the old materials off the roof where water was getting in he called to warn of a possible issue with the repair he was going to carry out. We discussed the alternatives. It was up to me to decide which route to take. It was very reassuring to have the discussion. I decided to stick with the original repair. He completed the works quickly and efficiently. Heavy Rains came a day or so later and delighted to report no more rain came in. Really good guy and he is now in my address book as roofer of choice. Richard

The main things I wanted from this repair was someone who could be prompt, efficient, and reasonable - and, of course, someone who could fix the roof asap! Jimmy and his team were all of these things, and very professional and pleasant to deal with. They have repaired the roof, given some advice for the future, and I will certainly use them again as well as recommend them to others.
