Smile Locksmith reviews (293)

Absolutely brilliant service from Amier. Don’t call anyone else apart from these guys for all your locksmith needs.

great job, will use again. thanks

Amier is an excellent locksmith and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Three reasons: 1) I am currently overseas and Amier’s communication with both myself and the tenant was excellent and filled us with confidence. Amier was very responsive to messages on the My Builder site and he also called to discuss his findings and agree the work before he started. This allowed for accountability and ensured I felt confident in his decisions. 2) Amier is very honest. Instead of saying the three locks needed changing, he explained that two plates just needed a slight realignment. He also explained how to use the second lock to the tenant. This honesty meant that I didn’t have to change any locks and then get new keys cut etc. The shifting of the plates worked and with minimal disruption to myself or the tenant. 3) Amier is very reliable and knowledgeable. He turned up on time, in the evening to fit around the tenants work schedule, and he gave me both verbal and written advice about fire locks which a previous locksmith did not donwhen he fitted the fire door. Amier then followed this up with an email including photos and information. And finally, Amier represented value for money. His quote was competitive and he didn’t add on any extras. I would hire Amier again as his communication, flexibility, honesty and affordability are a great combination, Thanks Amier!

Very truthful contractor, no gimmicks with him

Absolutely fantastic. Job done perfectly well. On time. Will use again in future

Would highly recommend. Very efficient worker!

Amier is very friendly and responsive person. He has been patient and provided an excellent service in fixing the lock at my premises. I highly recommend him.

Smile Locks was very professional from the first contact with a clear quote, to contact over the phone to answer questions and the execution of the job. He arrived on time as agreed and did the job very well. I highly recommend Smile Locksmith and would personally use his services again without need to compare with another locksmith.
