    Boiler issue

    Steve was on time and very professional diagnosed the issue and gave me several options for repairing the issue Would recommend him to anyone

    Gas Fire Not Igniting

    Stephen sorted a problem out that had been misidentified by another firm. Our fire is now working fine and I would use SMB again.

    Bath

    I can't thank, or praise Stephen, highly enough! The first plumber I called out to see to a broken plughole in my Mum's bath said it could not be repaired and quoted £1,370 to supply and fit a new bath!!!!! I was lucky enough to find Stephen through myBuilder who came out promptly, was able to source replacement parts, and completed the job quickly, without fuss, and totally satisfactorily for under £100 !!! A truly genuine, trustworthy guy.

    Radiator blocked possible new installation

    Bedroom radiator thermostat broken

    I would highly recommend Steve, gave me a great price and came the next day to do the job he kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he was polite and friendly did a fantastic job and gave me a price on another job Thank you very much

    Electric shower

    I had work carried out by Stephen Bowden.The job he did was 1st class.He was honest and really helpful in explaining what needed to be done.Also after he completed the job he kept in touch because we had problems which was out of his control but he was worried and concerned that problem we had had been rectified.I would certainly use him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anybody.Once again i would like to thank Stephen for the work he did

    Central heating pilot light cleaning

    Steve answered my request very quickly arrived the following morning and carried out a first class job. His quote was very reasonable. He was very polite and helpful with advice. I can only say that I will deal with him if ever needed again, and for all of this I will give **********. Steve H.

    Repair or replacement of Landis Gyr thermostat control

    Ste contacted me within 10 minutes of putting my job on. I explained the problem, and he advised me of possible remedies We agreed on a course of action, and within 90 minutes,he had turned up with the requisite parts, and completed the job. He talked me through the way to operate my new thermostat timer,and how to set it. Very professional and efficient, I would recommend him and certainly would use him again.
