    WATER NOT COMING THROUGH DOWNSTAIRS SINK TAP

    Stephen arrived early to assess problem was positive and arrived back couple of hours later on same day to complete job he was ceorteous professional and whilst job required draining down tank which usually means my system becoming air logged Stephen overcame this problem although expensive Stephen completed job efficiently and with minimum of fuss would recommend again

    Low pressure on boiler

    Fixed the initial problem promptly and at a reasonable cost. Arranged another date to return to fit some new radiators - some delays in getting the radiators and dates had to be rearranged a couple of times but when fitted the work was completed professionally.

    Plumbing maintenance in bathroom

    Great job Steve thanks. Trustworthy and cleaned up after himself which was a bonus! Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

    Removal of extractor fan

    I had hired Steve before so I knew I could rely on him to do a good, professional job. He removed an old extractor fan safely and neatly, and I am now ready to decorate. I have no hesitation in recommending him, his skills cover a variety of jobs as he had previously fitted a tap.

    Fit replacement bath taps.

    Excellent friendly service from Steve. Had a few problems with our low pressure system and faulty new taps. However with Steve's advice and willingness to help us out he came back and sorted it all out for us at no extra charge. Great fella highly recommended and will be asking him back for further work soon.

    Boiler stopped working

    Stephen came out to sort my problem very promptly. He efficiently knuckled down, identified the fault and repaired it. Honest, punctual and knowledegable. Stephen is very affable and offers reasonable quotes and a good level of after care with a pledged guarantee to his work. would recommend him and would consider him for future jobs.

    Bath and toilets and central heating

    Fantastic service by Steve from initial phone call to completed job. Talked me through options all the way and such a helpful and trustworthy guy. Will definitely be using his services again.
