My tenants were very happy with the work that was done ( change of a yale lock on the front door). Michael communicated well with both myself and the tenants. First, he proposed a cheaper version than the other locksmiths, although, when on site, we realised that option wasn't working, he found the best solution. Then, he even covered up some unexpected broken part. Best man for the job. Tx
