Michael arrived promptly at the agreed time and was very knowledgeable and congenial. He gave me honest, impartial advice about the best lock to suit my needs. He worked quickly and quietly and answered all my questions about the lock I chose and explained how it would enhance my security. The job was completed in only 20 minutes. I was very happy with the cost of supplying and fitting the lock - actually, the rate for the job was fabulously competitive!! I would highly recommend this locksmith and intend to happily pass on his details to friends and family. I give him an easy 10 out of ten for service and professionalism. Great job!
