Review left on 3 Jun 2018Rating: 5 out of 5Need new insurance approved 5 whatever lever thingMichael did a fantastic job, arrived on time but what should have been a simple lock replacement for an old lock with broken bit of key in it - turned into a 4& a half hour difficult job as the previous lock installer before i bought my house had used some mega strong putty to seal the lock in the door . It took Mchael a lot of work to get it out, he showed me what he as dealing with - nightmare. But 4& a half hours later new lock installed old gone despite the fact the job turned from a simple one into a complicated long painful one Michael only wanted to charge me a minimal amount extra. Thanks Mchael you did a great job were very professional & a pleasure to have working in my house will book you again to sort my lower lock as soon as i can. Highly recommend .
