Ahmed arrived promptly for a same day call out, telephoning to let me know when he was on his way. He is extremely knowledgeable about boilers, immediately identifying the problem and ensuring that safety was a priority. He resolved the problem during one visit, having all of the necessary replacement parts with him. The charge was very reasonable and the invoice clearly explaining all of the work that was carried out. Ahmed was at all times polite and left no mess. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing their boiler repaired or serviced.

I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by this engineer. The issue reported was low pressure in the heating system, which he quickly identified and resolved with great professionalism. He promptly topped up the system pressure and ensured the heating was running efficiently. Additionally, he took the initiative to check all radiators thoroughly, confirming there were no signs of leaks. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was in proper working order were truly commendable.

Awesome Heating Engineer! Ahmed responded quickly and offered a quote. He arrived as agreed and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job repairing the boiler and even managed to find the part required so that it could repaired the same day. The boiler was up and running in no time!
