Dear Tobias, Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points. I was on-site for more than an hour and replaced the diverter valve and motor, which were affecting your hot water. The cost for the diverter valve kit and motor was £250 plus VAT, including parts & labour. You also pointed out burn marks on the wireless room thermostat’s receiver, which I replaced at a discounted rate as a goodwill gesture. I supplied and installed a basic room thermostat and wired in a new receiver for £110 plus VAT, with only £50 for labour as I was onsite and it was very straightforward. Most companies would not have had these specific parts readily available, potentially leading to follow-up repairs costs. I brought the parts to the site, which I sourced in my own time, ensuring the repair was completed promptly. My pricing reflects the quality of service, convenience, and a 12 month warranty on all work. Thank you for your understanding and I’m here if you need further assistance.
