It was very good luck that I came across Ahmed. He was all the good things you would hope for in a gas engineer: friendly, considerate and got the job done quickly and efficiently without any fuss. His rate was extremely reasonable too. I was so impressed that I have put a note on my boiler to call him if I have any other issues in the future. I had recently had a very poor experience with an emergency callout company, so Ahmed's professionalism really stood out in contrast. In particular I was impressed that he bothered to let me know when he would be available and he stuck to the times he said and didn't draw the work out to increase the charge time. He also gave me 30 minutes notice that he was on his way. This is a very commendable quality that I highly appreciate.
