first response was a reasonable quote, hired, turned up asap and fixed problem, gave him another problem which others couldn’t fix/be bothered as was a very fiddly job, he fixed that too, a no nonsense guy, knows what he is doing, my observation was that he won’t create issues where there is non (other plumbers tend to do this i have found in the past and was my worst fear as I’m on tight budget always lol) excellent, saved this guy's number on my phone and will be the first point of contact in future. Dont hesitate to hire him. Thanks again

Steven completed a partial bathroom refit for me at the beginning of Setember 2015. After receiving an initial quote through the site I shortlisted and arranged for Steven to view the job on site. He spent time discussing the exact requirements and the fact that I had provided most of the materials myself was no problem at all. We agreed a fixed price for the work and agreed a start date. I found Steven to be a very hard worker, reliable and tidy. He completed the job to a good standard. There were one or two issues that needed to be resolved during the job and we were able to negotiate and agree a solution. Overall I am very happy with the work undertaken and would be happy to recommend SJ West Heating and Plumbing Services to my friends.
