Paul came to the house and quoted very reasonably identifying the problem and offering a number of solutions at different price points. When he came to do the work he was punctual and did a fast, clean and efficient job. So far so good and the leak has stopped. I would certainly recommend him.

Professional job done promptly. Easy to deal with and left the site in good , clean condition. Would recommend without hesitation as the job was done to a very high standard.

Very good work by The Roofing Firm. They undertook a complete strip-down of our roof, complete removal of a leaning chimney on the gable end wall and repointing the main chimney. All lead-work in the valleys was replaced with new and all lead flashing renewed. Good quality breathable membrane was fixed in place with new battens. Most of the old slates were reusable and those that were not were replaced with second-hand slates that matched the originals. The man-made fibre slates on the extension roof were replaced with new Spanish slates, as were the old slates on the porch roof. For the finishing touch, they fixed in place on the roof apex a dragon finial that we had previously bought. The entire job took just one and a half weeks and this was about half the time that we expected the job to take. At the end of each day the area was swept clean and all rubbish taken away. On completion of the job everything was left clean and tidy.

Paul and team were great. Job carried out to timescale and on budget. Arrived on time and worked hard every day. Cleared up every evening and left site very tidy. Roof looks great and Paul helped fix other small problems and make good suggestions to save us both time and money. Thanks

Strong wind Doris blew a few tiles off my roof. Paul did a fantastic job, neat finish made sure it won't happened again. Nice man to communicate with, very approachable, reply his texts/emails quickly. Very reasonable charge compare to others. Highly recommended. I probably need to get my roof bed verge done at some point, I won't hesitate to ask him to do it for me.

Would totally recommend Paul @ The Roofing Firm. Attended on a Sunday to fix the problem, unfortunately it was a bigger job than expected. Parts sourced and the issue was all fixed and completed to a great standard less than a week later. Thank you!
