    Shared chimney needs repair

    Came when he said for the quote and to do the job,explained what he was going to do and what the condition of the chimney was after he was finished,overall very satisfied with M.Sheeran and his work.

    Repairs to front of house.

    Michael did an excellent job with the repairs to the front of our house. The work was completed to a good standard, and the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, or to recommend him to any of our friends........

    We have a large problem with plants having grown up the side of our building. Much of the mortar has eroded, and the roots run deep into the brickwork. Our building is public use so we would like the work done as soon as practical. Happy to arrange a site visit Tuesdays-Thursdays. * Added 11th October, 2016 : Guttering also needs looking at as the issue has crept into the eaves and over into the guttering. The building is of substantial height and is 132 years old.

    Mick did a fantastic job. After rescheduling, they arrived in good time. They communicated with me well about a small arising matter and asked my advice before doing any extra work. We were happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

    Brick and roof maintenance

    Damp coming from chimney breast

    Mick did an exceptional job on the house - couldn't recommend him enough; a thoroughly nice bloke and identified the solution to a problem two other builders couldn't.
