Review left on 28 May 2020Rating: 1 out of 5Replace handle and lock on front doorAlthough we were told that David was able to complete the requested work we are now 6 weeks past the works date and he has still been unable to rectify the incorrect work he completed to our front door. Very disappointed as we have had to pay for work that we did not ask for. Although we gave David numerous attempts to rectify this with us he has made no effort to do the same. Very disappointed this couldn’t be rectified.Answer from tradesperson:
As I said to you the lock is discontinued for composite door and you fit a lock that just pull shut it is not lock Securely and very easy to open and your Insurance may be invalid due to not locking the door properly. I said to you if you are not happy with everything I can removed everything I fit and not charge you for anything . If you are not happy after 6 weeks why have you paid me today. Sorry if you are not happy
