I found Shannon very efficient and effective in carrying out this work. He stuck to his word and was competitive. The work was carried out very quickly within 2 days. Excellent job and communications.

Quick response to the job i posted, had a look at it the same day. Was happy with the quote and we arranged for the dry verge to be fitted the following week. A good job done and will call Shannan again if I have any other jobs that need doing.

Posted job repair of soffit 2pm on Monday. Shannon called within 30 mins and came to look at the job the same day. Text quote that evening which I accepted. Called Friday to say he could do the job on Monday. Duly turned up and did a good job at a reasonable price and cleared up all waste. Would recommend.

Shannan contacted me shortly after I posted the job and arranged to come and see it. He came when he said he would and identified the problem straight away. He fixed it then and there for me and came up with a solution to stop the problem happening again. First class service from a nice guy, will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I would highly recommend SCT Proprty Maintenance for their prompt, courteous and professional approach. The two brothers were able to rectify a poorly finished refoof of my daughters house with a minimum of fuss and cleared up all debris. They are also able to offer other skills including plastering and carpentry, and we are currently considering a quote from them for replastering the house.

Very quick to the job and fitted it in during spare time as the leak was an emergency. Very reasonable pricing and even sent photos when he was finished as I was not home.
