I hired Sam to clean my roof, pointing of ridge tiles, prep/paint around doors & windows at front/back of the house, fix drains so they drain properly and replace any broken tiles. This was meant to be a two day job and we agreed to an all inclusive price. Initially he messed me around deciding when his team will come. Then he charged me extra saying that there are more than 50 broken tiles which ended up being less than 20 in the end. His team completed the paint job without prepping the surfaces and the drains were not fixed. They also didn't clean the moss properly as next rain clogged all the drains. They also left weather proof paint drips on windows & bins. Sam insisted on getting paid quoting that his work has 10 years warranty even though I mentioned I wasn't satisfied with his work. I paid him in full hoping he will uphold his end of the bargain. He sent someone after 3 months of messing me around, however they still didn't fix the drain which still over flows, and they still haven't finished the paint job. I waited patiently all this time so he can finish this job. It has been more than 6 months since he originally completed the job and the job remains unfinished. Please beware of this guy and take your business elsewhere.

I was very happy with the service provided by Sam. I was in need of some maintenance work to be performed on the roof and clearing of gutters and the work was done promptly and to a high standard. I was provided with photos to verify that the work had been performed and the site was left clean and tidy.

The work was completed efficiently, expertly and on time by friendly guys. There were a couple of small miscommunication problems but these were soon sorted out.

Great job installing roof lights into the roof AND making good poor workmanship left by a previous contractor who wouldn't/couldn't listen to instructions then refused to answer messages/phone calls. Proper job and highly recommended!

Sam's Team turned up and completed the job to my satisfaction. The guys were polite and friendly and happy to correct any snags immediately. I have used Sam before and the work is professionally done and clean and tidy. A good job and would use SS roofing again without hesitation.

Rubbish company! We got the list with matirials we need from him! We order all the matirials we been ask! Never see him from the first day! Hi send 2 boys to do the roof the boys fain out must of the matirials ar wrong! We ring him hi start swear on the fhone olso on his workers! I decice to remove all his boys from site! We got some1 else done the roof and i have to order must of matirilas aigan! Sad to work with people like this! Try to avoid if can!

Reasonable price. Decent quality work which is guaranteed for 15 years. Happy with the result overall. Would work with again.

Mr Smith met me at the house to view the job and gave quote after assessing the roof. The quote seemed reasonable, but he later altered the costing, as needed lead instead of lead flashing to do a good job. He was very quick in doing the job, which was great and when completed, took away any rubbish.

Since Sam declined to send me a written quote for the job I have cancelled.
