Thank you for a great job well done. All the people were very nice & hard working The job was completed in good time & very tidy While they were on the roof they completed some extra work at no extra cost I would recommend them to anyone.

Initially I wanted to repair it but after conversation I had with Sam I decided to change the roof, guttering, soffits and fascia. Everything what we agreed was done. Price was very reasonable and all was done on time. We asked them to do some small adjustments and they did it without any questions. Friendly people and easy to communicate.

Sam came to do the tiles as agreed after waiting for a break in the weather. He has done a good job and even fitted a chimney cowling for me, whilst he was up there. It was a good job done at a fair rate, considering some of the other quotes I had received.

Sam came round , did a thorough review of the works required. Quoted and explained the works to be carried, sent quote with agreed works and price.. arrived on time and did the work to a high spec .. no issues and no hesitation in calling him for further works in the future. Well done Dean also nice job in cold weather .

New conservatory roof: construction 18mm sterling boards covered by new felt "torched" on. Replacement soffits to front and rear of property plus new facia and guttering to garage.

Had got water damage on the ceiling around a dorma window. Some tiles needing replacing around the dorma, which was tricky to access, but the guys took their time & did it *far* more cheaply than another quote I'd got (they'd wanted to replace the entire *roof*!) The cost was sufficiently high - and the time taken to do the work sufficiently long - to make me feel that the problem was properly addressed. (Another quote I'd got was very low compared to others I'd had, meaning that the work would've been like a band aid and the core problem would still have been there.) All in all, very happy with the work done.

Very pleased with the result. When additional works were identified, I was appraised of all my options and I'm more than satisfied with the overall result

Sam and his operatives attended site as programmed and completed the repair, the cost was fair, photos were taken prior to work and post work, I am extremely happy with the work. Sam has stated that if there are any problems with his workmanship he will pop back and fix, no further leaks up to date, highly recommened. Mr Bains
