More expensive than other quotes we had, but they wanted to do the job, whereas others didn't get back to us or could only do it later. They came to quote and did the work there and then. We are happy with the work. Quick and tidy. Would recommend for a job like this.

Our job was an 8000 plus job for a whole roof change. The positives: they finished the job, the roof is still standing 8 months on. Negatives: they promise one thing and deliver another that is cheaper and more convenient for them. They couldnt follow structural engineers plan to deliver the job properly, and cutting corners. Attandance and communication is poor. Started the job in october and finished just before the new year resulting a stressful xmas period.

sams team were on the job the time sam said ,it was done very professionally as expected .they found a few other things which needed to be done the communication was very good and all rubbish was taken away and a very good job done ,i would recommend this company to any one .

Sam is confident his boys did a good job on the roofs as he guaranteed the work for 10 years and 5 years respectively. However, I thought he was expensive. He estimated 'more than a couple of hours' to repair my leak and 'two or three days' to repair the roof and facia next door. In the event they took less than an hour to patch up my valley and less than a full day to repair the neighbour's roof but still wanted to charge the quoted amount. In fairness, when I protested, he did adjust the price but it was still relatively expensive. My advice is to obtain at least two more quotations to satisfy yourself about cost and also check websites such as https://job-prices.co.uk/roof-repair-costs and https://www.fixmyroof.co.uk/videos-and-guides/pitched-roof/roofing-prices/ just to make sure that quotes are 'in the ballpark'.

Very good roofers new what the issues were and communicating the cost and work to be done . They have done a very professional job and would recommend them to anybody.

Sam came quickly to quote but did say that he couldn’t do the job for a few days. After a storm we phoned to see if he could come earlier, and he did. His men arrived early and worked hard all day, hardly stopping for a drink. They were helpful, polite and hard working and completed the job that day (the roof needed more work than was originally thought as Sam showed us when he quoted). Everything was left neat and tidy when they eventually left. We would hire Sam again if needed.

Excellent service, Sam quoted the job, then discovered it was a slightly bigger job than he first thought, but he stuck to original quote, very hard to find a tradesman like him, excelled at every level, quick, efficient and effective
