Sam responded very quickly after I posted the job and he also came to look at our roof within a day or two. He quoted us £700 for the job but said the cost might be greater once someone had been up on the roof and fully assessed it. The job was completed quickly in a little under a day by one roofer. More tiles needed replacing than anticipated and the bill came to £2000. We were told this half way through the job when the broken tiles had all been removed. We decided to let the work go ahead but it would have been good to know about the cost increase earlier in the job.

The two roofers Sam sent me were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They got on and completed the job with minimum fuss. I do recommend them.

I had a damaged roof with water coming in and needed repairing urgently, Sam and his team viewed, quoted and completed the work within two days! Can't thank them enough.

I have tried to give Sam the benefit of the doubt several times but sadly an epic fail. Sam was contacted to help us after the poor job by the previous builder who had cowboys in. Sam attended the property and was told of all the deficiencies. He was told to go up and inspect the job so I did not get any surprises when he attended the job. He came with John was a nice chap and quoted £6k for the job. I agreed this price but as soon as Sam attended the property to start the job he said it was bigger than he thought and would only do it for £8k! I negotiated him down a bit and he started. He continually told his workers to do as little as possible to get the job done and I had to keep pointing out areas which they had not completed. Even after returning to finish these areas, several tiles remained broken and unchanged. To cap it off, his workers damaged the new silicon render, witnessed by my other chinese builders on site, and then totally denied they were even near it. Sam then used inappropriate language in referencing my Chinese builders which is not acceptable in this day and age. Sam is next level greedy - even pocketing the tip I sent him to be distributed to his workers at the end of the original job.

Ok job took some time can be better nice as person and customer care team.

Sam was quick to respond to my posting a small roofing job. He came round to see the job and provided me with a verbal quote which I accepted a few days later. His team did a good a job and tidied up after themselves. I would certainly consider using Sam again.

Job completed on time and within budget. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I had a drain pipe that went loose. Sam looked at it Immediately and got me the price and also fixed it the next day and the quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend him for any roofing and guttering work.

SS Roofing came to my house twice to repair part of the roof and install a mesh around the solar panels. It appears that the work they have done is OK, but I requested photos for all the work - prior and after the repair - which have been taken but as yet I haven't received them. Looking from the street I can not determine if all is well, however, Sam - the business owner - promised that if there are problems he will return to sort them. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for the photos.
