To say I'm shocked is an understatement all the timber was tanalised and the hinges were heavy duty to carry the weight. You had nothing down on the floors. and I asked for an alleygate key so I didn't have to come through the house but you never had 1 so I had no option. the doors you bought were way to big for the opening and you only had a 2ft yard so I had no other option but to cut them down in the entry that was full of dog muck and rubbish. I showed you the saw dust after I had finished and you said don't worry I will clear that up after you checked the job over and said you was happy and paid. it was over 5 weeks ago and not once was I contacted to say you was not happy or I would have seen if there was something I could have done to help. your walls were falling apart the bricks were all loose and nothing was square. I can only work with what I have got. you asked me to also fit some internal doors which I didn't have time to do so I kind of knew this was coming but if you don't contact me about it what can I do. I have never had any problems with any customer and my feedback is testament to that. I'm just unhappy at your unwanted negative feedback as it is unwarranted and there is no basis for it . you said you was happy and that is why you paid so I'm not going to let a negative uncalled for feedback ruin the good work that I have carried out for many years and will continue to do so.
