Tom arrived and completed job as requested, on specified date,also pointed out another issue that required remedying, all work completed on day, would recommend.

3rd time we have used Tom for different properties we manage and he has sorted the issue yet again with ease. Definitely use again.

Good work, Clean job and best price. Tom came, started taking pictures and showed me where tiles broken and what caused leakage. After price agreed, started work and did the job completely. He has shown picture of completed work as well and how it looks now. This has showed professionalism in work and satisfy the customer expectation. Really good done.

I am very happy with the job Tom did, the hole in my roof was fixed quickly at a very reasonable price compared to the other quote I had. Also as he had some spare plastic verge caps from a previous job he only charged me for labour to fit them on my gable end which I'm very happy with. Would definitely recommend Tom.

Professional builder, very quick fix the issues.

This has been nothing but a nightmare. I'm so glad I didn't leave feedback straight after the job so can warn others with all the issues post job; 1. Tom is cutting corners!! instead of moving rain pipe he removed it completely & this caused overflow and damp to my walls. still charged as per original job 2. Infringed on my neighbours privacy as came back to paint windowsills without communicating with me (I'm mid-terras) via neighbours garden! 3. Not even year on and the paint is coming off. 4. Took him weeks to come back fix the guttering after the storm (still on warranty) which caused damp damage to newly plastered internal walls 5. when he eventually came back, he didn't finish the job. Moved guttering towards my neighbour which is now overlapping his property. the end gutter is broke/ cracked and has no stopper/cap which is causing issues for my neighbour when rains. the gutter has no end bracket either so when its windy it flaps about. 6. When he was fixing this he said I needed repointing and new felt so I paid £150. He didn't give me receipt as he ran out. 7. I sent numerous message and official letter asking him to come back and been ignored. I'm supposed to have another year of warranty on this ? He however came back sneakly to do my neighbours guttering but ignoring me. They paid £500 and got no receipt. I feel bad now that if something goes wrong for them he wont come back.
