Tom was brilliant. He was quick and easy to contact, he explained everything thoroughly. Tom explained what the issue was, how he was going to fix it and kept in contact with us all through the process, giving updates and making sure we were happy with the work. He was always here when he said he would be, even explained when the weather was bad any issues he had and asking if he could return on a better day, so he could carry on working safely. Tom even inspected the rest of the roof, ensuring that everything was done to help prevent any future water damage. He found other issues that needed attention, explaining only if we were happy for him to do so, he would fix those alongside the work we already hired him for. Reasonably priced, and explained everything once he had finished, making sure we were happy with the finished work. Definitely would recommend.

Tom was very easy to deal with and kept me informed via phone all the way. He arrived when he said he would, and did a good job repairing my roof and the repairs look good.

Very friendly, very professional, showed me exactly what was wrong with roof and explained how it has happened. Job completed quickly and finished well with no mess. Even fixed up some badly fitted dry verge caps which he noticed on the other side of the roof from the job with no extra charge so I didn’t get the same issues on that side. Would definitely recommend

Tom turned up at the time he said he would and quickly identified the fault that was causing water to get in. He came back the next day and repaired it and provided photos showing the work he had undertaken. Would happily use again. Thanks.
