Tom assessed the job the same day I asked for it and completed the same week. Tom kept me informed of progress and clearly explained the steps he planned to take in order to resolve the roofing issue. Additionally he sent me photos of the work in progress and the finished product. I'm happy with the price, the work and the service. I would highly recommend Tom and his company. I most certainly will be using Safeguard for any further roofing work

Positive experience with Tom. He came over during the evening after work to quote for the job. He was able to identify the issue, talk through options and offer to help fix other things whilst on the roof. He then came over the following day to complete the work whilst I was at work taking pictures of the outcomes. He was not the cheapest quote but his flexibility and availability made the extra cost worth while. I’ll hapoily use Tom again.

Tom and Liam arrive on time at 10am. Both were very pleasant. Tom had great knowledge and advised me about the repair which was a slipped roof tile. Tom found that the tile must have slipped for sometime because the wooden lat and the protective roof membrane were both rotten.I decided to get the repairs done that Tom had advised after he showed me photos of the problems on the roof. Tom didn't put me under any pressure to get the extra issues fixed and was more than happy to do the original repair of the slipped roof tile that he'd been called out to do. Tom and Liam both did a great job and I am more than happy to recommend them to friends and family. Well done lads

Tom came to assess state of gutter I asked to be cleaned and saw some things that needed to be looked at. He took photos and gave me an estimate. It was a lot more expensive than the gutter cleaning I asked for, however, if it means I won't have leaks this winter, I went ahead with his recommendations. He also did some work free of charge.

Very friendly and professional, completed all work quoted and explained everything at each stage. Worked cleanly and tidied up afterwards. Good job guys, would recommend to anyone.

Safeguard was one of 3 firms which expressed interest in replacing the guttering at my semi detached property. Another didn't turn up and the third mis -quoted. So Tom who gave the more coherent offer got the job. I don't live near the property but I told him when I would be there and he and his team turned up in the morning stripped off the old guttering and replaced it including new barge boards and downpipes. When I arrived at 4.45pm they were sitting in the back garden - job done. Most impressed and would certainly recommend him for any similar work!

We contacted Tom through Trust a Trader and he came straight out to look at our Roof. When he arrived he gave us good advice and answered all our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote. We decided there and then to hire him to correct our roof problem . Tom and his team were brilliant, they were very professional and real tradesmen. We had a Dry Ridge put on our Roof and we have also renewed all of our Guttering and down pipes. Tom and his team have done a great job.
